How to query the payment number

This single number can be inquired by telephone, electronic records and paper vouchers.

1. Telephone inquiry: you can dial 12333 for inquiry, and at the same time, you can make voice inquiry including social security number inquiry, social security payment inquiry and payment period.

2. Electronic record inquiry: If you have used electronic payment or online banking, you can log on to the relevant platform and find the corresponding payment number in the transaction record or bill.

3. Paper voucher inquiry: If you receive a paper payment voucher, carefully check the voucher, and you may find the relevant information of the single number.
