The depositor shall transfer to the unit to handle the deposit registration for the depositor, and the transferred housing provident fund management center shall set up a personal housing provident fund detailed account for the depositor.

The depositor shall fill in the Application Form for the Transfer of Housing Provident Fund in Different Places, and send it to the transfer-in housing provident fund management center together with his ID card and a copy after being signed by the transfer-in unit, and the transfer-in housing provident fund management center shall fill in the Joint Letter for the Transfer of Housing Provident Fund in Different Places.

The transfer-in housing provident fund management center will send the depositor's application for transfer of housing provident fund in different places, a copy of ID card, a valid certificate of the original housing provident fund deposit place and a contact letter for transfer of housing provident fund in different places to the transfer-out housing provident fund management center.

The transfer-out housing provident fund management center will review the information sent by the transfer-in housing provident fund management center, and after it is correct, according to the entrustment of the depositor, transfer or remit the transfer funds to the housing provident fund account of the transfer-in housing provident fund management center, and send a copy of the Housing Provident Fund Transfer Settlement Form and the bank transfer or remittance bill to the transfer-in housing provident fund management center.

The transferred housing provident fund management center will record the transferred funds into the depositor's individual housing provident fund detailed account and inform the depositor.
