Dongguan Social Security Provident Fund Management

Article 14(2) of the Administrative Provisions on the Withdrawal of Dongguan Municipal Housing Provident Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Provisions") states that if an employee with a foreign household registration can apply for the withdrawal of the balance of his/her own account on the day of the promulgation of the Provisions without withdrawing the account before the promulgation of the Provisions and making contributions to the housing provident fund, and if he/she terminates his/her employment relationship with the unit, or if the employee with a household registration in the municipality terminates his/her employment relationship with the unit and receives the certificate of unemployment, he/she can apply for withdrawal of the balance of the account without withdrawing the account. The application can be made after obtaining the certificate of termination of labor relationship for foreign householders, and after obtaining the unemployment certificate for local householders. The housing fund deposited after the promulgation of these regulations (including but not limited to normal remittances, transfers, and retroactive contributions made by the provident fund centers after supervision or law enforcement) shall not be subject to the application for withdrawal in the cases stipulated in this paragraph.

Second, the city's household workers and units to terminate the labor relations of the withdrawal of matters:

(a), the conditions:

The housing provident fund (including but not limited to normal remittance, transfer, and retroactive contribution by the provident fund center after supervision or law enforcement) deposited after the promulgation and implementation of the regulations shall not be subject to the provisions of this paragraph to apply for the withdrawal of the circumstances.

(2) Required materials

1, the original Employment and Unemployment Registration Certificate issued by the Human Resources Department of Dongguan Municipality;

2, the applicant's original personal valid ID (which needs to be the same as the information of the provident fund account);

3, the original of the withdrawing and transferring account under the name of the applicant himself/herself (which does not need to be provided if it is in line with the requirements of the representative office).
