4. The maternity allowance is compensated to the unit, and the basic salary, bonuses and welfare expenses of the insured female worker are paid by the unit during her maternity leave.
5. Surgical expenses for family planning, including those incurred for the placement of intrauterine devices, abortion, induced abortion, dermatoplasty, sterilization and reversal surgery due to the need for family planning, are included in the scope of settlement by the Maternity Insurance Fund.
