Yichang city began to issue and renew according to the requirements of provincial offices from 20 13, and it has social security and financial functions at the same time, which is universal in the whole province. "Yichang Citizen Card" (hereinafter referred to as citizen card): The words "Yichang Citizen Card" are written on the card surface. From July 2065438 to July 2005, Yichang municipal government began to issue Yichang citizen cards based on social security cards. The social security and financial functions of citizen cards can be used throughout the province. From March 20 17, the first-generation card will be stopped in urban areas and will be gradually stopped in counties and cities. Those who still hold the first-generation card and have not been replaced with the second-generation card and citizen card need to be replaced as soon as possible. The second-generation card and citizen card have exactly the same application functions in social security and finance, and they can be used normally at present. On the basis of the second generation card, the citizen card has added public services such as residents' health, medical card, bus card, campus card and public rental housing subsidy.
