As one of the important leaders of government departments, the director of human resources and social security has certain real power. Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security is a functional department of the government, responsible for drafting development plans and policies for human resources and social security, drafting draft laws and regulations on human resources and social security, formulating departmental rules, and organizing implementation, supervision and inspection. Responsible for promoting employment, formulating plans and policies for coordinating urban and rural employment development, improving the public employment service system, formulating the employment assistance system and improving the vocational qualification system, and formulating training and incentive policies for high-skilled talents and rural practical talents in conjunction with relevant departments.
