2. Evaluation method

The recruitment method of the examination is on-site interview examination, and the score is 100. The interview was conducted with reference to the "Interview Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Chongqing" (No.[2065 438+06]28 1).

The interview mainly tests candidates' logical thinking ability, organization and coordination ability, language expression ability and so on. The interview results will be announced on the spot, and those with an interview score of 60 can be identified as candidates for medical examination. Among them, the position that does not form competition must be voted by more than two-thirds of the members of the evaluation team, and the voting situation is recorded by the evaluation team. If the interviewer evaluates the candidate's interview score below 60 points and above 90 points, it shall explain the reasons in the scoring table; Candidates whose final interview scores are below 60 points and above 90 points will be written by the interview examiner team and reported to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record.

According to the assessment results, from high score to low score, the physical examination objects are determined equally. If the results are tied, it will be determined by the way of additional test, and the person with high additional test scores will be the candidate for medical examination.

If the medical examination is unqualified or the qualification is automatically waived after confirmation, the total score of candidates for the position will be replenished from high score to low score.
