There are three ways to receive unemployment insurance in Nanjing:

Online processing: Unemployed people who meet the requirements of receiving unemployment benefits can apply online through the unemployment benefit application portal of the national social insurance public service platform.

Mobile phone application: the applicant logs into the "My Nanjing" app and enters the "Smart People's Society-Social Insurance-Unemployment Benefit Application" module to apply.

Offline processing: Take my social security card (citizen card) to the counter of the unemployment insurance agency in the street where the household registration is located on legal working days (except the closing settlement period on the last day and a half of each month) (the unemployed who are not registered in this city will go to the street where they live).
