Notice on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard in Yunnan Province

The people's governments of all prefectures and cities, and the Administrative Committee of Chuzhong Industrial Cluster (New District):

With the approval of the provincial people's government, our province has adjusted the minimum wage since September 1 2065438. Hereby notify as follows:

First, the monthly minimum wage in the first-class areas in our province is adjusted to 1.570 yuan, the hourly minimum wage to 1.400 yuan, the hourly minimum wage to 1.3 yuan, and the monthly minimum wage to 1.80 yuan.

Two. Adjust the applicable regional categories of the minimum wage standard in three counties of our province: Chenggong District and Songming County are adjusted from 2 regions to 1 region, and Deqin County is adjusted from 3 regions to 2 regions. See the attached table for the specific standards implemented by each region.

3. The monthly minimum wage is applicable to full-time employees. The salary included in the monthly minimum wage does not include the basic old-age insurance premium, unemployment insurance premium, basic medical insurance premium and overtime pay paid by the housing provident fund to the workers, special working conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, underground, toxic and harmful, conditional allowances, and the welfare benefits of workers stipulated by laws and regulations and the state.

The hourly minimum wage applies to part-time workers.

Four. This standard is applicable to enterprises, individual economic organizations, private non-enterprise units and workers who have established labor relations with them in our province. State organs, institutions, social organizations and workers who establish labor relations shall refer to this standard.

5. All localities should increase the publicity of raising the minimum wage standard, strengthen the supervision and inspection of the implementation of the minimum wage standard, and immediately correct and deal with users' violations of the minimum wage regulations, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
