Replacement of social security fees in Beijing

The Beijing Municipal Social Insurance Fund Management Center issued a news release on Oct. 11, 2016, which said that the online social security payment business will be opened from now on, and eligible employers can declare the last three months' social insurance for their employees directly through the "Beijing Municipal Social Insurance Online Service Platform".

There are two conditions that need to be met in order to make an online declaration of social security contributions: the employer has signed a "Beijing Social Insurance Bank Payment Agreement" with the bank and the social security agency, and has applied for a "Beijing Municipal Governmental Affairs Unit Digital Certificate". Eligible employers can log on to the "Beijing Social Insurance Online Service Platform" from 6:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day from the 5th to the 25th of each month, and choose the "Unit Declaration for Individual Replacement Contributions" to operate.
