To apply for the first construction project, there must be social security paid by the unit. Individuals who pay social security (agricultural insurance) are not allowed to apply. The unit that is paying social security must be consistent with the current work unit filled in the registration system. All applicants must prepare the social security payment record certificate of the company (the seal of the social security center is valid) for future reference, and the social security payment record should show the work unit and the year of payment. Among them, the on-site qualification examination of new candidates (generally born after 1987) whose working years have just exceeded the requirements of the first construction engineer's registration years must also provide proof of the social security payment record of the unit whose registration years have expired.

If there are doubts about other candidates' work units, whether they are engaged in construction management positions and working years, candidates should also timely verify and supplement the unit social security payment record certificate, labor contract, legal person qualification, engineer title, one of the five-member certificates in the construction industry and other supporting materials according to the audit opinions. It is strictly forbidden for non-construction management enterprise personnel to apply for construction engineer.
