(7) Persons who own motor vehicles (except motorcycles, agricultural vehicles and disabled scooters) during the application year (taking their household registration books as units);

(eight) where the annual application has 1 set or more (including 1 set) of commercial housing and more than 2 sets (including 2 sets) of commercial housing (based on the family members of my household registration book);

(nine) where the application for annual placement of more than three sets (including three sets) of personnel (in my household registration book family members as a unit).

Third, the subsidy standard.

Social insurance subsidy standard for people with employment difficulties.
