Measures for the Administration of Social Basic Medical Insurance in Suzhou Article 41 Insured workers who are entitled to medical insurance retirement benefits must meet the following conditions at the same time:

(2) Minimum contribution period for workers' medical insurance: men have completed 30 years, and women 25 years;

After the retiree medical insurance treatment, all the medical insurance premiums paid into the basic medical insurance fund; do not meet the retiree medical insurance treatment, terminate the employee medical insurance relationship.
