Xiamen social security card replacement procedures:

(1) If the social security card is lost or stolen, it is recommended to call the consultation number 12333 to report the loss;

(two) as soon as possible to the city social security center social security card management section acceptance window for reporting the loss, completing the formalities (telephone reporting the loss to the counter during the medical expenses will not be reimbursed);

(three) to pay the social security card production fee to the Agricultural Bank of China on the first floor of the Municipal Affairs Center;
