Beijing social security service enquiry point

Here, I will sort out the inquiry methods of five social security accounts.

First, WeChat, Alipay query

(Only used in some regions)

1. Wechat adds the local social security center WeChat official account for inquiry.

Click "My Social Security" to inquire, and then follow the steps to log in and inquire.

2. WeChat wallet "City Service"

In the "wallet" function of WeChat, click Enter, and then select "City Service" in the "Tencent Service" column. After clicking enter, WeChat will provide corresponding services according to the user's location and related functional data access.

3, Alipay "convenient life"

Select "More" on Alipay's homepage, and then select "City Service" in Alipay's "Convenient Life" column. Click to enter, and in the column of "Government Affairs", if the social security information of the city where the insured person is located has been involved, you can see the following interface, which users can query directly.

At present, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan and other cities can check social security through Alipay.

Second, online inquiry

Taking Beijing as an example, the Beijing insured can log on to the Beijing social insurance online service platform () and select "Online Inquiry" in the column of "Work Guide";

Third, telephone inquiries.

The insured can call the telephone hotline of human resources and social security 12333, and choose manual or self-help according to the relevant voice prompts.

Fourth, the terminal query

Insured persons can hold valid identity documents or social security cards to the nearest street, town community affairs acceptance service center or the nearest district social security agency self-service inquiry machine to inquire about social security information.

Verb (short for verb) window query

Insured persons need to bring their valid certificates and social security cards to the window of the service hall of the local social security bureau for enquiry.
