Personal social security means that you don't work in the enterprise where your household registration is located, and then you go to the social security bureau to handle it yourself. Personal social security can only pay endowment insurance and medical insurance, and social security expenses are borne by individuals. The employee's social security is paid by the employer for the employee, and the social security payment fee is shared by both parties. The social security of employees includes five kinds of insurance: endowment insurance, maternity insurance, medical insurance, industrial injury insurance and unemployment insurance.
