Is there a preferential policy for small and micro enterprises to pay social security?

Legal analysis: First, micro-enterprises in our city can enjoy social insurance subsidies if they recruit urban and rural workers, sign labor contracts with them for more than 1 year, participate in social insurance according to regulations and pay social insurance premiums in full and on time. Micro-enterprises that employ people with employment difficulties and register unemployed college graduates have already enjoyed the relevant social insurance subsidies and will not enjoy them again.

Second, the social insurance subsidy standard for micro-enterprises is calculated according to 5 percentage points of the social insurance premiums actually paid by enterprises for employees, excluding the basic old-age insurance premiums, basic medical insurance premiums and unemployment insurance premiums that individuals should pay and other social insurance premiums that enterprises and individuals should pay.

Third, the social insurance subsidies for micro-enterprises shall be implemented on the principle of "pay first and then make up" and declared once every six months.

The state raises social insurance funds through multiple channels. People's governments at or above the county level shall give necessary financial support to social insurance.
