4, the details of employees' wage payments from 2012 January to December;

5, the bank account opening license (recipient bank);

6, a copy of the tax registration. -December employee payroll schedule;

5, accounting vouchers for February and December 2012;

6, other supporting materials, books, vouchers and summonses related to the verification of the unit's reportable wages.
