The same employer and the same worker can only agree on a probation period.
A probation period may not be stipulated in a labor contract whose term is to complete certain tasks or whose term is less than three months.

Article 60 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the employing unit shall declare on its own and pay social insurance premiums in full and on time. Except for legal reasons such as force majeure, the payment shall not be postponed or reduced.
