1. According to the Interim Measures for the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Old-age Insurance for Employees of Urban Enterprises, those who have received the basic old-age insurance benefits according to the provisions of the state will no longer transfer the basic old-age insurance relationship. If you live in a different place for a long time after retirement, you can provide a bank account in a different place, apply to the social security agency that receives the pension, and transfer the pension to a bank account opened in a different place every month.

2. According to relevant regulations, you can only enjoy medical insurance benefits in social security institutions that are included in medical insurance. If you live in a different place for a long time, you can apply for medical treatment in a different place at the social security bureau of the insured place. Upon examination and approval, medical expenses incurred in different places can be reimbursed by the social security institution of the insured place.

Two, the relevant provisions on the transfer of medical insurance after retirement

According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Implementing the Interim Measures for the Transfer and Continuation of Basic Endowment Insurance for Employees of Urban Enterprises, only those who belong to inter-provincial floating employment can transfer the pension insurance relationship, retirees cannot transfer, and medical insurance cannot be transferred.

According to the Notice of the Interim Measures for the Transfer and Continuation of the Relationship of Basic Medical Security for Migrant Workers (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2009] 19 1No.), if the insured person of urban basic medical insurance is employed across the overall planning area and there is a receiving unit in the new employment place, the unit shall go through the registration formalities in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Administration of Social Insurance Registration and participate in the basic medical insurance for urban workers in the new employment place;

If there is no receiving unit, the individual should go through the registration formalities with the social (medical) insurance agency in the new place of employment within 3 months after the termination of the original basic medical insurance relationship, and participate in the basic medical insurance for urban workers or the basic medical insurance for urban residents according to local regulations.
