What does the rural social insurance bureau do?

Responsibilities of rural social insurance bureau:

(a) to implement the line, principles, policies, laws and regulations of the party and the state on social insurance.

(two) responsible for the collection, management, audit and disbursement of pension, work injury and maternity insurance funds for insured units and individuals within their respective jurisdictions.

(three) to undertake the social insurance registration, change and cancellation of the insured units within their respective jurisdictions. Transfer, insurance and renewal of employee insurance relationship for flexible employees.

(four) to review the conditions for the insured workers to enjoy the benefits, calculate their benefits, and pay all social insurance premiums in full and on time. Guide, supervise and coordinate the work of social insurance and community construction in towns and villages.

(five) responsible for the daily management of pension, work injury and maternity insurance for insured units and individuals; Responsible for the processing and management of social insurance data and information, and the establishment and management of personal accounts of insured persons.

(six) for the insured units and individuals, to provide policy publicity and consulting services for pension, work injury and maternity insurance, and to accept letters and visits from the masses.

(seven) responsible for completing other tasks assigned by the district party committee, district government and higher authorities.
