Social insurance is a unified policy, and the state has a social insurance law, which clearly stipulates the relevant provisions. Guangdong Province may, on the basis of the National Social Insurance Law, formulate detailed rules for its implementation without violating the unified provisions of the State. Therefore, there is not much difference between Guangdong's social insurance and the national social insurance.
