If the insured person returns to the town for employment and continues to pay the insurance premium, whether he returns to the original insured place for employment or goes to other towns for employment, the payment period shall be calculated cumulatively according to the above provisions, and the storage amount in his personal account shall be calculated together. Those who meet the conditions for receiving benefits will enjoy the same basic old-age insurance benefits as urban workers. If the insured person no longer returns to urban employment, his insurance payment records and personal accounts in urban areas are all valid, and according to the actual situation of the insured person, he can enjoy the basic old-age insurance for urban workers or transfer to the new rural social endowment insurance when he meets the prescribed conditions for receiving.

The insured cross-provincial migrant employment, according to the following procedures for the basic old-age insurance transfer procedures:

(3) The social security agency where the original basic old-age insurance relationship is located shall handle all the transfer and connection procedures within 15 working days after receiving the acceptance letter.

(4) After receiving the basic old-age insurance relationship and funds transferred by the social security agency where the insured person's original basic old-age insurance relationship is located, the social security agency in the newly insured place shall complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days, and notify the employer or the insured person of the confirmation in time.
