2. After passing the examination and approval by the director of the jurisdiction, the business handling personnel will input the information of stopping insurance into the information system, print the Approval Form for Interruption of Social Insurance for the Insured in Pingyang County, and submit it to the insured for signature, and at the same time, print the Contact Form for Cancellation of Bank Withholding and Paying Social Insurance Fees for Flexible Employees in Pingyang County, and submit it to the insured for signature and confirmation, and then take it back and save it, and prompt the insured to deposit the unpaid social insurance fees in the bank.
