The human resources and social security departments will order them to pay back the wages owed to the workers within a certain period of time, and may order them to pay compensation to the workers at one to five times the amount of wages owed.
"Three risks and one gold" included in the minimum wage
The minimum wage refers to the minimum labor remuneration that must be paid by the employer for normal labor provided by the worker during legal working hours. It includes the "three insurance and one gold" paid by individual workers in accordance with the law, i.e., pension insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance, and provident fund; it does not include overtime and overtime pay, allowances for mid-shift, night-shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, poisonous and hazardous and other special working conditions, and workers' welfare benefits stipulated by laws, regulations and the state.
The monthly salary of the minimum wage standard is for full-time workers, while the hourly wage is for part-time workers. According to the relevant legal provisions, part-time work refers to working no more than four hours a day and no more than 24 hours a week.
