How soon can I get a new social security card?

Legal basis: Article 5 of the Implementation Opinions of the General Office of Fujian Provincial People's Government on the Construction of Social Security Card Project in Fujian Province improves the card issuing service institutions. At the provincial, city and county levels, the social security department and the social security card cooperative bank jointly build a social security card issuance service window and implement one-stop service. The provincial window is located in the provincial medical insurance management center. City and county windows can be located in administrative service centers, or agencies of human and social departments, or social security card cooperative banks according to actual conditions.
