Non-staff personnel have five insurances and one gold.

Non-staff refers to civil servants or staff members of institutions who are not included in the establishment but are engaged in professional and technical work in organs or institutions. According to the Interim Measures for the Administration of Non-staff Personnel, non-staff personnel should participate in social insurance and housing accumulation fund, including endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work injury insurance, maternity insurance and housing accumulation fund. The proportion and standard of payment of these insurance and provident funds are the same as those of civil servants or staff in institutions.

Five insurances and one gold for non-staff personnel shall be paid by the employer, and individuals do not need to pay extra.
