Unemployment benefits and unemployment insurance premiums are different in terms of the conditions for receiving them, the criteria for receiving them, and the status of other insurance at the time of receiving them: the subsidies are for those who have paid for less than a year and have terminated the labor contract by themselves, as opposed to the unemployment insurance premiums. The duration of one is six months, and the other is determined on a case-by-case basis.

After applying for unemployment benefits, you can pay for health insurance, but you can't continue to pay for other insurance. Legal basis:

Article 14 of the Regulations on Unemployment Insurance, unemployed persons who meet the following conditions may receive unemployment insurance benefits: (1) participate in unemployment insurance in accordance with the provisions of the host organization and I have fulfilled the obligation to pay contributions in accordance with the provisions of the full one year; (2) not due to interruption of employment of their own free will; (3) have been registered as unemployed, and have a requirement to find a job. While receiving unemployment insurance benefits, an unemployed person is entitled to other unemployment insurance benefits in accordance with the regulations. Article 17 of the Regulations on Unemployment Insurance: If the organization in which the unemployed person worked before becoming unemployed and the unemployed person himself or herself have paid contributions in accordance with the regulations for a period of one year or less than five years, the maximum period of time for which the unemployed person can receive unemployment insurance benefits shall be 12 months; if the accumulated contribution period has reached five years or less than ten years, the maximum period of time for which the unemployed person can receive unemployment insurance benefits shall be 18 months; if the accumulated contribution period has reached ten years or more, the maximum period of time for which the unemployed person can receive unemployment insurance benefits shall be 24 months. After re-employment, if you are unemployed again, the contribution time is recalculated, and the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits can be combined with the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits that should be received but has not yet been received for the previous unemployment, but the maximum period shall not exceed 24 months.
