The company legal person has changed, should the social security legal person also change?

Legal analysis: In case of change, the company shall issue a certificate of change of legal person, affix the official seal of the company and carry the original social security registration certificate. When the legal person changes, the business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate and bank account opening license must be changed. Take away all the originals of these documents and apply for a new social security registration certificate.

Legal basis: Article 179 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that if a company is merged or divided and its registered items change, it shall register the change with the company registration authority according to law; If the company is dissolved, it shall go through the cancellation of registration according to law; Where a new company is established, it shall be registered in accordance with the law.
