Legal basis: Article 6 of the Provisions of Shenzhen Municipality on Moving into the Household Register The household register is divided into four categories: the introduction of talents to move into the household, the tax move into the household, the policy move into the household, and the residence of social security to move into the household. For the purpose of these Provisions, relocation for the introduction of talents refers to the introduction of talents from outside Shenzhen or from among the non-household population in the city on the basis of conditions such as age, education, and level of technical skills, etc., and the relocation for household registration is handled in accordance with the regulations. The term "relocation of taxpayers" as used in these regulations refers to the legal representatives of enterprises, shareholders of natural persons, capitalists (partners) of partnerships, owners of sole proprietorships, owners of self-employed businesses and individuals who have paid a certain amount of tax in Shenzhen and who have paid a certain amount of tax in the city and who have to be processed for household registration in accordance with the regulations. The policy relocation referred to in these regulations means that in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State, Guangdong Province and Shenzhen Municipality, people who conform to specific policies shall be processed for household registration according to the regulations, including the relocation of husband and wife, the relocation of elderly people, the relocation of minor children, the resettlement of military transfer cadres, the relocation of family members of the soldiers, the resettlement of military rest and demobilized cadres and retired soldiers, and the registration of enrollment and staff of the institutions stationed in Shenzhen. The provisions of the so-called residential social security relocation, refers to the participation in the Shenzhen Municipal Social Pension Insurance and own legal residential property in Shenzhen (or legal rental housing) for a certain number of years, in accordance with the provisions of the household.
