3. 4. 5. During the service period, the personnel service agencies affiliated to the personnel departments of governments at all levels will provide personnel agency services such as file keeping free of charge, establish and complete the database of college graduates with "three supports and one support", provide employment guidance and recommendation services in a targeted manner, and help them implement employment units.

6. After the expiration of the service period, if you pass the examination and are employed by government agencies or institutions or enter the employment of state-owned enterprises, calculate the length of service and the length of teaching. Among them, the salary of civil servants during probation can be higher than that of those directly recruited from various schools, and it is determined by the amount lower than the salary standard 1 salary grade of newly hired civil servants with the same education; Personnel registered (hired) by public institutions, whose positions have been clearly defined, shall be paid according to their positions, and their salary scales shall be determined according to newly registered (hired) personnel with the same academic qualifications in their own units; If the position is not clear, the unit shall determine its salary according to the actual situation.
