In order to safeguard the interests of the insured workers, improve the efficiency of social insurance handling, and ensure the accurate and timely handling of various supplementary social insurance businesses, according to the spirit of the Notice on Issues Related to the Withholding and Paying Late Fees for Social Insurance by Employers (J.S.F. [2011] No.39), employers must use the "Enterprise Management Subsystem of Beijing Social Insurance System" (hereinafter referred to as "Enterprise Edition") to declare individuals. Considering the maturity of the system, the insured units are familiar with enterprise software, and combined with the reality of Chaoyang District, the following provisions are made for the declaration of social insurance overdue business:

1. In principle, the overdue payment business shall be declared by using enterprise software according to the spirit of the Notice on Issues Concerning the Late Payment of Social Insurance Fees by Employers (No.39 of Beijing Social Security Bureau [201/kloc-0]).

From February 20th 1 265438+1October1,Chaoyang Social Security Center and all labor security service centers will no longer accept overdue business undeclared by enterprise software.
