Extended information: The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

1. All matters of the Municipal Education Bureau;

3. Pre-registration, establishment, alteration and cancellation of the names of social organizations (social organizations, private non-enterprise units and foundations) of the Civil Affairs Bureau;

Registration of social insurance practitioners of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, inquiry and printing of social insurance information of insured persons, inquiry and printing of social insurance information of insured units, self-employment registration, employer registration and flexible employment registration;

6. Qualification of construction enterprises and real estate enterprises of the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau;

Adjustment of application processing mode

1. The service hall window of Taizhou Administrative Service Center and its sub-centers will no longer accept applications, but will be online and handheld.

2. During the epidemic prevention and control response, citizens who handle affairs can do online and hand-held work through telephone consultation and under the guidance of relevant departments. Service hall windows and online office areas will not accept applications in principle. After the epidemic prevention and control response, citizens who handle affairs can surf the Internet in the online office area of the service hall of the administrative service center, and be guided by the guide (the guide will go to the online office area after taking the number).

3. If paper materials and certificates need to be submitted for delivery, two-way EMS free mailing service will be provided throughout the city. When applying for online or handheld business, please choose to mail and fill in the relevant mailing information. The postman will pick up the documents and send the certificate free of charge.
