As for whether to allow employees to pay the unexpired premium in one lump sum when they reach the statutory retirement age 15, there are different attitudes throughout the country. Although there is no clear regulation in most places, it is actually not allowed to pay the premium in one lump sum. The specific system design and operation of premium renewal vary from place to place, and employees must make arrangements according to local regulations and their own conditions.
