5. Employees with registered permanent residence, women over 35 years of age and men over 45 years of age, need to provide proof of old-age insurance issued by the social security agency in the place of emigration.

(5) A copy of the account name and account page of the savings bank opened by this person in one of Shenzhen Construction Bank, China Bank, China Agricultural Bank and China Industrial and Commercial Bank (original inspection);

(six) the existing "Shenzhen labor security card" or "Shenzhen employee social insurance card" personnel, when handling individual insurance payment, need to check the "Shenzhen labor security card" or "Shenzhen employee social insurance card"; To apply for the "Shenzhen Labor Security Card" for the first time, you need to provide the digital photo receipt of the second-generation ID card network photo library approved by the municipal public security organ.
