New regulations on the treatment of former private teachers

This paper will introduce the new regulations on the treatment of the original private teachers, including the allowance for living difficulties, the allowance for teaching experience, the pension and medical assistance.

Living hardship allowance

Eligible former private substitute teachers will be able to apply for a monthly subsidy of 200 to 400 yuan.

Teaching seniority allowance

Teachers enjoy seniority allowance and other allowances; Pension should be basic pension (minimum monthly 80 yuan)+seniority allowance.

Housing preference

Give priority and preferential treatment to the construction, lease and sale of teachers' housing in cities and towns.

Pensions and Medicaid

Pension and Medicaid are divided into one-time fixed subsidies and Medicaid. One-time fixed subsidy standard is to subsidize 600 yuan for each year of teaching. The standard of Medicaid is 120 yuan for each year of teaching, and the social security agency will pay it monthly from the month when I receive the pension benefits, that is, every month for each year of teaching 10 yuan.
