Legal subjectivity:

During the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, the unemployed participate in the basic medical insurance for employees and enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits. Article 44 of the Social Insurance Law, employees shall participate in unemployment insurance, and employers and employees shall pay unemployment insurance premiums in accordance with state regulations.
