Can individuals receive unemployment benefits by paying social security?

During the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, the unemployed participate in the basic medical insurance for employees and enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits. Article 44 of the Social Insurance Law, employees shall participate in unemployment insurance, and employers and employees shall pay unemployment insurance premiums in accordance with state regulations. Article 45 Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance benefits from the unemployment insurance fund: (1) Before unemployment, the employer and himself have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year; (two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will; (three) registered unemployed and have job requirements. Forty-eighth unemployed people in the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, to participate in the basic medical insurance for employees, enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits. The basic medical insurance premiums payable by the unemployed are paid from the unemployment insurance fund, and individuals do not pay the basic medical insurance premiums.
