Where to cancel the rural social security card?

The rural social security card was cancelled in the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The rural social security card cancellation process has the following six steps:

1. Fill in a complete application form for the issuance and registration of social security cards;

2. Preparation for the issuance of social security cards;

3, in line with the national unified specification of the application field and card application file structure requirements;

4. Card surface style designed according to unified requirements;

5, the local social security card management measures and implementation details;

6. Other materials required by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

Where the social insurance registration items of the employing unit are changed or the employing unit is terminated according to law, it shall, within 30 days from the date of change or termination, go to the social insurance agency to handle the change or cancellation of social insurance registration.
