If you need to transfer, you need to bring social security card, resident ID card, proof of termination of labor relations, employment notice and household registration book and other relevant supporting materials, fill in the transfer application form at the social security agency at the place of work, print the payment voucher of basic old-age insurance, and apply for transfer to the social security agency at the place of transfer. After confirmation, the social security department of the new and old insured places will handle the transfer. As long as it is approved, the laborer will receive a notice from the social security department and complete the transfer in about 45 working days.
How to pay social security contributions?
The social security payment method depends on the following conditions:
1. If the employee purchases social insurance through the employer, it shall be withheld and remitted by the employer. After withholding and remitting, the employer shall inform him of the details of the monthly payment of social insurance premiums;
2. Workers who voluntarily participate in social insurance can pay social insurance premiums directly at the social security handling center.
The employer shall report the payment to the local social insurance agency within the prescribed time limit on a monthly basis, and the reporting items include:
1. Name, organization code, address and contact information of the employing unit;
2. Employer's bank, account name and account number;
3, the employer's payment insurance, payment base, rate, payment amount;
4, the staff roster and employee contributions;
5, in a payment year, after the initial declaration by the employer, the rest of the month can only declare the changes in the matters specified in the preceding paragraph. If there is no change, it may not be declared.
Legal basis: Article 57 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the employing unit shall, within 30 days from its establishment, apply to the local social insurance agency for social insurance registration with its business license, registration certificate or unit seal. The social insurance agency shall, within fifteen days from the date of receiving the application, examine and issue the social insurance registration certificate. Where the social insurance registration items of the employing unit are changed or the employing unit is terminated according to law, it shall, within 30 days from the date of change or termination, go to the social insurance agency to handle the change or cancellation of social insurance registration. The market supervision and management department, the civil affairs department and the organization management organ shall promptly inform the social insurance agency of the establishment and termination of the employing unit, and the public security organ shall promptly inform the social insurance agency of the birth, death, household registration, migration and cancellation of the individual.
