Rongcheng Changqing Heating Company is a heating company located in the Solid Waste Industrial Park at No. 268 Pinghai West Road, Rongcheng City, Shandong Province. It is responsible for the centralized heating of Rongcheng Development Zone. The company was completed and put into operation in 2014 and provides external heat. It is the only project in China that uses domestic waste incineration to generate electricity and low-temperature circulating water for heating.
