What organization is the Employment and Entrepreneurship Federation of Yantai University College of Arts and Sciences?

The Employment and Entrepreneurship Federation of Wenjing College, Yantai University is a service-oriented student organization initiated and guided by the Employment Guidance Center of the Admissions and Employment Department of Wenjing College, Yantai University. Students are in direct contact with enterprises and operate independently. Based on the service tenet of "going out and bringing in", we provide guidance and services for college students in employment opportunities, career planning, job hunting skills and so on.

Second, the department introduction:

According to the general requirements of organizational construction, the Employment and Entrepreneurship Federation has established the following eight departments based on the smooth development of service work, timely release of employment information, accurate guidance of students' employment, personal experience of social practice and comprehensive construction of student cadres.

Secretariat: responsible for personnel arrangement, overall arrangement of activities, meeting organization, personnel assessment, resource allocation, etc. And assist the presidium to coordinate the work of various departments.

Propaganda department: responsible for propaganda work. Mainly publicize the outstanding graduates of our college to the employer, and publicize the recruitment information, job fairs, activities and photography of the employer to the whole hospital.

Recruitment department: responsible for campus recruitment. Contact recruiters of employers, organize special job fairs on campus of employers, and maintain the communication platform between employers and graduates.

Marketing department: responsible for talent market development. Communicate with employers, collect recruitment information, establish enterprise information base, contact employers to recruit in our college, and realize two-way communication between employers and graduates.

Training Department: Assist in the education of students' career planning, the publicity of employment knowledge and employment policies, and the employment quality training of student cadres of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Federation.

Network Department: Publicity of online media (official website, Renren.com, WeChat, newspapers, etc.). Such as employment information and employment policies in colleges and universities, as well as the production of activity videos and ppt, so as to build a bridge between enterprises and students through new media.

Information Department: Investigate the supply and demand of enterprise students, track the employment destination of graduates, establish the employment information database of graduates, and sort out all kinds of materials of job fairs.

Information Department: Editing and publishing employment periodicals and newspapers of the College, responsible for reporting the business activities of the College and establishing a news platform for information exchange between enterprises and students.
