Second, the technological process of knitted garments

The main process flow is: cloth inspection → technical preparation → cutting → sewing → keyhole nail → ironing → clothes inspection → packaging.

After the fabric enters the factory, the quantity should be counted and the appearance and internal quality should be tested. Only when it meets the production requirements can it be put into use. Before mass production, technical preparations should be made, including the formulation of process list and sample clothes, and the sample clothes can not enter the next production process until they are confirmed by customers. Fabric is cut and sewn into semi-finished products. After some pieces are made into semi-finished products, according to special technological requirements, post-finishing processing must be carried out, such as clothing washing, clothing sand washing, printing embroidery and so on. The existing sewing technology and equipment in China's knitting industry are mainly medium and high-speed sewing machines (commonly known as "sewing machines", and the common sewing machines are high-speed sewing machines with a speed of 3500 ~ 5000 r/min), medium and high-speed sewing machines (commonly known as "sewing machines") and sewing machines.
