These recruitment positions only need to invite job seekers to the cooperative enterprise by telephone, and no interview is needed.

In order to avoid labor disputes, most of these enterprises are labor dispatch system, and employee relations are almost impossible to talk about.

Training, and most of them only have basic skills training. Can't analyze the training needs of enterprise employees and make strategic training plans. A set of induction training methods has been used in various positions for many years. Even if the simple induction training is over, the corresponding evaluation will not be made.
