Frequently Asked Questions in Interviews for IT Fresh Graduates

This time, due to development needs and government support, we decided to recruit about 12 fresh college graduates. This job fair will be held with the DL City High-tech Park A corporate recruitment team went to a fairly good normal school.

The questions I ask the most:

1. Please write a SQL statement: Query all the data in table A (about 2 out of 10 people answered correctly...)

2. For those who are familiar with JAVA, ask them to name a few common package names. For those familiar with C#, ask them to name a few commonly used controls. If you can name 3, you can count them on one hand. Come here. (There are dozens of each type, and there are at least more than 10 commonly used ones)

3. If you dare to write "Proficient in data structures", ask him to talk about several commonly used data structures. Can you name two? I didn't notice anything all morning, let alone any subsequent problems.

4. My major is "software engineering". Let me briefly introduce the general steps of software development. Very few can name 3 steps (according to different divisions, there will be about 8 steps)

5. For those who are learning Java, if their resume says that they have done projects using the SSH framework, I asked them to tell me the name of the default configuration file, and 1 out of 3 people got it right.

6. Almost all students in a certain school (not this normal school) have a UML modeling certificate issued by IB_. I thought it was pretty good at first, so I asked them to briefly talk about UML and what they know. What, no one can even say 3 sentences, and they don’t even know what the abbreviation means.

And so on, my question is that as long as you have a little understanding of the nouns written on your resume, you can say whatever you want within the scope. It all stays at the bottom of it. As long as you don’t skip a lot of classes, you must know it. On the 1+1 level issue, the results are still very disappointing.

My requirements are not high, as long as you are serious and willing to learn, I will help you improve, but I really have no confidence that a student who has never studied in school will learn from me honestly!
