Plane grinding supplement

Working principle; The electromagnet of the table of the surface grinder is mainly a steel sucker body with a coil wound around its iron core. The steel cover plate is divided into many small pieces by insulating layer materials, and the magnetic insulating layer materials are made of non-magnetic materials such as lead, copper and babbitt. Its function is to make most of the magnetic lines of force pass through the workpiece and return to the sucker body instead of directly returning through the cover plate, thus firmly attracting the workpiece. When direct current is applied to the coil, the iron core is magnetized, and the magnetic field lines pass through the closed magnetic circuit composed of cover plate → workpiece → cover plate → sucker body → iron core body. The workpiece is sucked to achieve the purpose of clamping the workpiece.

The selected grinding wheel must be able to withstand the cycle speed of more than 2000m/min.

It is forbidden to use damaged grinding wheels.

The flange of the new grinding wheel must be balanced.

Before formal grinding, the grinding wheel needs to idle for 5 minutes.

The maximum feed stroke of the grinder below 800 mm is 0.03 mm, and the maximum feed stroke of the grinder above 800 mm is 0.05 mm.

Make sure that the spindle rotates clockwise before installing the grinding wheel.

When starting the machine, the spindle must be turned on first, and then the flushing must be turned on.

Basic structure

The hydraulic oil needs to be replaced after the new machine is used for three months, and then once a year, the oil tank must be cleaned.

Check the oil level of hydraulic oil every day. The oil level should be between the lowest line and the highest line.

Before starting the hydraulic motor, make sure that the flow regulating lever is in the closed position.

Magnetic attraction must be turned on before hydraulic pressure is turned on.

lubricating device

Lubricating oil adopts guide rail lubricating oil with viscosity of 32. (No.1 orNo.. Recommended 1405)

Confirm the oil quantity in the oil tank (pool) every day to ensure that it is above the off-line liquid level.

Check whether the oil path of the guide rail is unobstructed every week to prevent oil leakage from the guide rail.

It is recommended to clean the oil tank every three months.

Grease should be added regularly as required.

Left and right mechanism

When the workbench moves, it is forbidden to adjust the left and right travel.

When the cable of the workbench is loose, it should be adjusted immediately. (This article applies to manual type)

Flushing and vacuumizing device

The filter screen of the vacuum box must be cleaned every two weeks.

The cold water tank must be cleaned once a month.

It is forbidden to clean the surface grinder with an air gun.
