What are the characteristics of vc and MFC C++ BUILDER, and how will they develop in the future?

C++ Builder controls are very rich, and it is actually much more convenient to do dialogs and the like than VC. But that's the problem. CB used too much of its own stuff.

Future development depends on online recruitment requirements. Anyway, I don't seem to have noticed that any company explicitly requires "proficient in C++Builder" ... Compare the requirements of this 360: "proficient in C/C++, familiar with ATL/WTL/STL/MFC, and proficient in using VC6/7/8 development environment;"
