The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

During the sampling period of nucleic acid detection, please ask the general public and friends to go to the sampling point for sampling in an orderly manner.

During the sampling process, obey the instructions of the staff, do personal protection, always wear a mask, keep a distance of 1 meter, do not smoke or talk, avoid crowd gathering, and observe the order at the scene. After sampling, put on a mask immediately and go home to wash your hands and disinfect.

When sampling, please take the initiative to show the "Hubei Health Code" with your smartphone. If you don't have a smart phone, please bring your ID card. If you don't have a smart phone or ID card, please bring your household registration book. The elderly, children and other people who don't have smart phones can also apply for and print the old and young codes or static codes of residents' electronic health cards in advance by their families or staff. You can apply for the old and young codes through Wuhan War Epidemic and the static codes of residents' electronic health cards through Healthy Wuhan. For the elderly, the disabled, the disabled and other people with special circumstances, the staff will provide on-site sampling service and ask other family members to dock with their communities in time.

All party and government organs, enterprises and institutions should fully cooperate with the local nucleic acid detection and sampling work, urge their personnel to conduct nucleic acid sampling within the specified time, and at the same time obey the organizational arrangements and actively participate in the work related to nucleic acid detection and sampling. Owners operating leased premises should fulfill their supervisory responsibilities and remind tenants to participate in nucleic acid testing. For the results of nucleic acid detection, please refer to Hubei Hygienic Standard. If there is no smart phone, issue a sampling certificate to the community where the sampling point is located.

From April 13, the nucleic acid test results will be strictly controlled. All personnel entering and leaving urban communities, communities, villages in cities, administrative enterprises and institutions, various public places and public transport vehicles must provide negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 72 hours.

Regional nucleic acid testing is to better check risks, and residents should not panic and be anxious. During the sampling period, citizens shall not take photos or videos without authorization, and shall not spread the sampling site without authorization. They don't believe in rumors and don't spread rumors, so as not to cause misunderstanding among citizens and cause social panic.
