Written examination of professional knowledge and comprehensive knowledge of education and teaching are organized by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute and the Provincial Personnel Examinations Institute respectively.

Second, the recruitment conditions

(1) basic conditions

1. Good ideological and political quality, support the party's line, principles and policies, have a sense of purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, abide by the law, and have good conduct;

2. Have ideals, pursue, have a strong sense of responsibility, love teaching and dedication, and be willing to contribute;

3. Have the professional ability to adapt to the teacher's post, have good expression ability and strong comprehensive quality, and be physically and mentally healthy;

4. Have corresponding academic qualifications, among which the new mechanism teachers should have a bachelor's degree or above;

5. Hold the teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding school section, and those who hold the teacher qualification certificate of the high school section can apply for the post of the low school section.

(2) Teachers applying for the new mechanism should be under 30 years old (that is, born after 1992 1). The age of eligible students (including special post students) and those who have completed the service of "three supports and one support" can be relaxed to below 35 years old (that is, born after 1987 1). Those who apply for key counties (cities, districts) for rural revitalization can be relaxed to below 40 years old (that is, born after 1982 1).

(3) Candidates who apply for teacher positions in kindergartens, urban compulsory education schools and rural compulsory education schools independently recruited by various localities shall meet the basic conditions listed in the recruitment conditions (1) and other conditions announced in the recruitment announcements of various localities.
