3. Divers should report to their communities and units within 12 hours after arrival, conduct independent health monitoring for 7 days, and do not eat, get together or go to crowded places, and wear masks when going out.

Four, for the latent personnel who have lived in the high-risk area of domestic epidemic for 7 days, the "7-day home isolation" shall be implemented, and a special person shall be assigned for code management during the isolation period, and they shall not go out. Do not meet the conditions of home isolation, the implementation of centralized isolation. Divers in low-risk areas implement "three days and two inspections" and corresponding health management measures.

Five, the potential personnel who failed to report in time, deliberately concealed and did not cooperate with the implementation of prevention and control measures, resulting in the spread of the epidemic, will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
