1. Introduction to the unit
The Government Service Center of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education is a public welfare institution directly under the Provincial Department of Education and is at the division level. Main tasks: Responsible for the acceptance and transfer of administrative licensing matters of the Provincial Department of Education; assist in the government affairs disclosure and petition work of the Provincial Department of Education; assist in the construction of the e-government system of the Provincial Department of Education; assist in educational news and publicity work; undertake relevant liaison work.
2. Recruitment positions
In order to strengthen the construction of the center, adapt to the needs of career development, and further improve the quality of work, we are recruiting 4 staff members. Among them, there are 3 staff members with management positions below level 8 (including level 8) and 1 professional and technical personnel. 3. Remuneration
Recruited personnel will be included in the establishment management of public institutions, and those employed in professional and technical positions will be hired in the lowest-level positions of the same level in the series. Among them, master's degree candidates are employed as level 11 and level 12 professional technical positions respectively. Enjoy corresponding salary and benefits according to the position employed. The probation period for fresh graduates is one year, and the benefits during the probation period shall be implemented in accordance with relevant provincial regulations. Those who fail to pass the assessment at the end of the probation period will be disqualified from employment according to regulations.
4. Basic conditions for candidates
(1) Good ideological and political quality, strong professional ability, law-abiding, decent style, strong sense of teamwork, and good health;
(2) Have certain professional knowledge and relevant work experience;
(3) Those with non-Guangzhou household registration should meet the Guangzhou household registration conditions;
(4) ) Comply with work arrangements and job allocation;

Personnel who have not been relieved of disciplinary sanctions or are undergoing disciplinary review, who have not yet expired their criminal punishment period or are under investigation for suspected violations of laws and crimes, and who violate the national family planning policy are not allowed to apply.
5. Recruitment procedures
(1) Release of information
From December 28, 2012 to January 15, 2013, in Guangdong Province Human Resources and Recruitment information is released on the websites of the Department of Social Security and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education.
(2) Registration
1. The registration period is from January 15, 2013 to January 25, 2013. Registration must indicate the position you are applying for, and each person is limited to one position.
2. Interested candidates can log on to the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education website, download and fill out the "Guangdong Provincial Institutions Open Recruitment Application Form" (see Attachment 2) and the "Book" (see Attachment 3), and send them to luozhmei along with scanned copies of the required information. @126.com.
Registration must submit the following information: ID card; resume and relevant work experience certificates; academic qualifications, degrees, professional and technical qualifications, and vocational qualification certificates. Foreign academic qualifications must also submit academic certification certificates issued by the Ministry of Education; family planning Certification materials; 1 copy of "Registration Form for Public Recruitment of Public Institutions in Guangdong Province" (Attachment 2).
(3) Preliminary review of qualifications and announcement of the list of candidates
1. The Human Resources Department of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education conducts a qualification review of the applicants. Based on the job conditions and the specific circumstances of the applicants, candidates who meet the job requirements are determined to enter the examination. The ratio of the number of candidates entering the examination to the number of positions should not be less than 3:1. If you apply If the ratio of the number of candidates to the number of positions is less than 3:1, the recruitment for that position will be cancelled.
2. On February 20, 2013, the list of candidates for the examination, examination time and examination location were announced on the website of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education.
(4) Examination
The examination is a combination of written examination and interview. The examination contents include ideological and moral qualities, professional knowledge, business abilities and work skills. The Discipline Inspection Department of the Provincial Department of Education supervised the entire process.
1. Written test
(1) Candidates must go to the Personnel Office of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education to receive the test notice the morning before the written test (9:00-12:00). Candidates must present their ID card and valid admission ticket to take the written test at the designated location at the specified time. Those who have not arrived at the examination room 30 minutes after the start of the written test or leave the examination room without authorization will be deemed to have given up the examination.
(2) The results of the written test and the candidates for the interview will be announced on the websites of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education within 10 working days after the end of the written test. Relevant candidates can log on to the website to check.
2. Qualification review
Those who enter the interview must go to the Personnel Office of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education for qualification review and receive the interview notice the morning before the interview (9:00-12:00).
For those who are found to be untrue in their registration materials during the reexamination process or who do not conduct qualification reexamination within the prescribed time, their qualifications will be canceled after confirmation by the Discipline Inspection Department of the Provincial Department of Education. The following materials must be submitted for qualification review:
⑴ Original and copy of ID card;
⑵ Resume and original proof of relevant work experience;
⑶ Educational qualifications, degrees, Originals and copies of professional and technical qualifications and vocational qualification certificates. Foreign academic qualifications must also be submitted with academic certification certificates issued by the Ministry of Education;
⑷ Family planning certification materials;
⑸ "Guangdong Provincial Enterprises" 1 original copy of the unit’s public recruitment application form (Attachment 2).
3. Interview
The candidates for the interview will be determined from high to low scores in the written test. The ratio of the number of interviewees to the number of positions is 3:1. If the ratio of the number of interviewers to the number of positions is less than 3 :1, then the interviewers will be determined based on the actual number of people.
The interview will be conducted in the form of a defense. The Provincial Department of Education will set up an interview evaluation team to be responsible for the interview evaluation. The interview judging panel is composed of the heads of the personnel department of the Provincial Department of Education and relevant departments, with an odd number and no less than 7 people.
(1) Participants for the interview shall report to the designated location and draw lots to determine the order of the interview. Those who fail to report on time or leave the examination room without permission midway will be deemed to have given up the interview.
(2) The interview review team will score and consolidate the scores on the spot after the candidate's interview is completed, and announce the interview results to the candidates. The interview score calculation method is to calculate the average score after removing one score and the lowest score.
(3) Total exam score = written test score × 40% + interview score × 60%. Among those who pass the overall examination score, they will be sorted from high score to low score according to their positions, and a list of those who will participate in the physical examination will be determined in equal numbers.
(5) Physical examination
Personnel participating in the physical examination must go to a designated top-level hospital for a physical examination. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
(6) Organize inspections
In accordance with the requirements of the "Implementation Rules for Public Recruitment Personnel Inspections of Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)", inspect candidates who have passed the physical examination. Inspection content: political ideology, moral character, ability and quality, compliance with laws and regulations (including family planning), work or study performance, etc., as well as the authenticity of the application qualifications.
(7) Public announcement
Based on the inspection results, determine the list of personnel to be hired, and publish the list of proposed personnel on the websites of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education Public announcement (the public announcement period shall not be less than 7 working days).
(8) Submit the list of proposed personnel
After no objection is announced, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education will submit the list of proposed personnel to the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for review and approval.
(9) Employment procedures
The employment procedures shall be carried out in accordance with the approval results of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and in accordance with relevant regulations.
6. Issues that need explanation
